　　计划：复习四级单词。

　　步骤：早上100单词并复习昨天，晚上临睡复习100单词并背诵25+单词。

　　预计：早上5点半起床，背诵1.5小时以上。

　　预期：首先看到单词会读，反应出中文，词性总结；其次看音标读出声可以反应出中文。

　　技巧：标注出重点单词，便于复习。

　　（2）练语感：

　　计划：可可英语VoA常速

　　步骤：早上7点开始半个小时；中午复习前一天的；傍晚5点开始半个小时。

　　20xx年多部以穿越为题材的电视剧搬上了银幕。我也很想进行一次历史的穿越，可是由于平日里要上学、写作业、参加社会培训班，根本没有时间实现自己的实践梦想，所以我计划在这个寒假中利用三天的时间，对北京做一个跨越历史的超时空穿越。

　　一、计划主题：

　　超时空穿越追溯北京城的发展史。

　　二、计划目标：

　　通过实地参观对于北京地区的形成、北京的建城、北京的的建都加以了解。

　　三、计划准备：

　　1、按质、按量提前完成寒假作业，预留出参观时间。

　　2、向父母提前预约时间，带自己参加社会实践活动。

　　3、准备纸、笔、照相机等记录用品，随时做好参观记录。

　　4、上网了解参观点的具体地点、开闭馆时间及注意事项。

　　四、计划实施步骤：

　　第一天：参观周口店北京人遗址。

　　周口店北京人遗址位于北京市房山区周口店龙骨山，距北京城约50公里。作为古人类遗址的重要代表，周口店保存了纵贯70万年的人类生存历史。证实50万年以前北京地区已有人类活动。考古学家在这里发现了距今约60万年前的一个完整的猿人头盖骨，定名为北京猿人。1987年12月联合国教科文组织世界遗产委员会批准周口店北京猿人遗址为世界文化遗产。

　　这些北京猿人正是北京的先民，也正是由于他们的出现，才给北京从荒芜到部落、从部落到村镇、从村镇到城市、从城市到国都打下了基础。

　　第二天：参观西周燕国建城遗址及辽、金建都遗址。

　　西周初年（约公元前1000年）周武王即封召公于北京及附近地区，称燕，都城在今北京房山区的琉璃河镇。又封尧之后人于蓟，在今北京西南。后燕国灭蓟国，迁都于蓟，统称为燕都或燕京。这便有了北京作为城市的雏形，至今已有3000余年的历史了。

　　辽*会同元年（公元938年）起在北京地区建立了陪都，号南京幽都府，开泰元年改号析津府。至今已有1074年。现在西城区广安门内大街还有辽燕角楼的遗址。

　　金*贞元元年（公元1153年），金朝皇帝海陵王完颜亮正式建都于北京，称为中都，在今北京市西南，至今已有859年。现在西城区广安门滨河公园还有金中都遗址。

　　第三天：参观紫禁城了解明清帝王宫殿。

　　明朝初年，南京是京师。燕王于永乐元年改北平为北京，大规模修建北京，永乐十九年正月，明朝政府正式迁都北京。清朝入关后即占领北京，亦称北京为京师顺天府，属直隶省。两朝帝王均以紫禁城为日常生活办公的主要场所。

　　五、计划完成：

　　汇总实践资料、笔记，完成实践书面报告。

　　3、中午适当午休，精力充沛才可以迎接下午的学习呀！

　　4、与早晨一样，利用3节课时间做三份寒假作业，但是不可一下子贪多。要均衡、科学安排。

　　5、可以踢踢球、打打电脑。但是不可超过一小时。

　　6、晚上是你自由活动的时间，但是要看看新闻。

　　7、读一篇好的小文章，写一份日记，不少于200字。

　　8、有可能的话，每天读一读《三国演义》每天读两回，写一写自己读后的感想，字数可多可少，但是不能不写。

　　老师也不知这份计划对你适用不适用，但是我真的希望在这个寒假会看到你这个“小聪明”有新的起色，有新的变化。
