　　凤集小学月常规检查小结

　　本月是开学的第一个月，在学校教导处的组织下，以市两项督导评估为契机，对老师们的教学计划，教案及及作业进行了全面的检查。检查采用了教研组长全面检查和教导处抽查相结合的方式进行。现将检查情况总结如下：

　　一、教学计划检查情况

　　开学第二周，由教导处和教研组共同对教师们的所教学科计划进行了详细的检进。通过检查，发现大部分教师能按要求制定本学科的教学计划，计划详细，计划中有学生的学情分析、教材分析、教学内容、教学要求及任务、教学重点难点分析、教学主要措施和教学进度安排等内容，龙为突出值得学习的有曹静老师的数学第十二册计划，谢询老师的四六年级音乐计划，陈彩明老师四年级语文教学计划等。

　　不足与建议：少数老师教学目标分析不到位，缺少教材分析，教学重点难点不突出，检查后由教研组长督促其进行修改和完善后再上交。

　　二、教案检查情况

　　本月教案检查的侧重点是二次备课，教研组全面检查了各学科的教案，整体情况良好。大部分教师能分课时备课，做到教案环节完整，教学目标明确，重点难点突出，教学准备充分，教学过程详细，能及时进行二次备课，认真撰写教学后记。其中谭艳、李艳艳、叶惠清、廖芳、易彦、谭莹、廖晶、谭玲教学后记超过10篇，杨声华、张禁辉老师二次备课、课后记详细。

　　存在的问题及建议：少数老师的二次备课不够到位，建议及时进行二次备课，把自己教学中的点滴体会、闪光之处、不足之处及时记录下来，不断促进自己专业素养的提高。

　　三、作业检查

　　教师们能按上级文件精神，做到作业量适中，能按要求及时批阅，督促学生及时更正。同年级教师能共同商讨作业的布置，注重作业的实效性。数学组教师作业注重了作业的搭配，形式多样，值得推广。语文组的作文有眉批，有尾批，批阅认真细致。英语组注重学生听写能力的培养，作业量充足。

　　存在的问题及建议：少数教师的作业次数还应跟进，应进一步加强书写的工整性。三年级数学代课教师的作业格式有待提高和改进。

　　在今天上午的英语默写考试中，我抄写了不少的英语默写单词、短语在本子上，想在考试中靠着翻看本子来让自己的英语默写成绩变好点，但我的这种行为太幼稚了，也太明显了，监考老师一下就看出问题了，趁着我在翻本子时给我抓了个人赃并获。作弊被发现后的我也不知道该咋办，在看到周围同学都讶异的望着我后，我心中的羞愧感一下子就涌上来了，随后我的试卷就被收走并被赶出了考场，我也知道这次的期末考试算是完蛋了。

　　之所以在本次的期末英语默写考试中作弊，还是因为自己的英语默写基础太薄弱了。在之前的`每次考试，我的英语默写成绩都给我拖了后腿，要是我能让自己的英语默写成绩再高点就好了，那我的排名就能在班上上升不少，可惜我从小就对英语默写没兴趣啊，导致了我在上英语默写课时也不太会去认真听课，所以英语默写成绩也从没有过起色。在这次期末考试前，我一直在想怎样才能让自己的成绩变好点，这样就不会被爸妈指点了，同时还能在家里过的舒服、自由点，于是在思来想去后，我决定在英语默写考试中作弊，毕竟只要我的英语默写成绩再高点，那我就足够考出一个不错的成绩了。

　　现在，经历过这次作弊被抓住的惨痛教训后，我再也不敢有作弊的心了，作弊是对自己学习的不负责任呀，而且也是对其他同学的严重不公平，所以我绝对绝对不会再发生作弊的行为了。等这次考试结束后，我也少不了爸妈的责骂，但是我对此没有任何怨言，因为这都是我自己造成的，要是我不去作弊就好了，那就没有现在的困扰了。最后，请老师您能谅解我这一次的作弊，我保证以后会认真学习，把这些落后的课程都补回来，我不会再给您丢脸了，我要争做咱们班的学习标兵，给您争光！

　　这次的英语考试我没有考好，主要原因还是归咎于我平时不够刻苦，没有在英语上面花上足够的时间。

　　我知道老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。

　　对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多以后一定要学习的东西。 首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。

　　有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。
